About the Newport Beach Film Festival

http://www.NewportBeachFilmFest.com

The Newport Beach Film Festival celebrates its 11th year of bringing the best in independent cinema to Orange County. Showing more than 360 films, the festival presents a unique blend of Features, Documentaries, International Spotlights, Youth, Action Sports and short films in one program!

Since its beginnings, the Festival has presented several highly acclaimed films (Crash, Dogtown and Z-Boys, The Cove, 500 Days of Summer, Layer Cake, Spellbound) and as a result the Newport Beach Film Festival has quickly gained recognition both from filmmakers and general audiences, attracting more than 50,000 attendees in 2009 alone.

The Newport Beach Film Festival also offers a rare opportunity to meet the filmmakers - directors, screenwriters and cinematographers - eager to share their work while providing exclusive inside looks into the industry with post-screening Q&A's.

Come experience a week filled with love of film and great weather in sunny Orange County.

We hope to see you at this years festival: April 22-29, 2010.
